Welcome to Wakefield & District Radio Society, the home of G1WRS, G3WRS and G3ESP

The society meets every Friday evening from 19:00 hours at our HQ in Wakefield.

Everyone is welcome to come along for a chat and a coffee; however, please check beforehand just in case we have arranged an activation or a night out elsewhere.

We are very active on the bands, especially HF; if we are fortunate enough to have had a QSO we are more than willing to QSL, you can either use eQSL for any of our calls or if you prefer a proper QSL card, you can do this via one of our well respected members – Charles MØOXO. We always enjoy receiving your QSL’s whichever way you prefer to send them.
